AAHAR – The International Food & Hospitality Fair – is Asia’s premier food and hospitality trade exhibition. The 40th edition will run March 10–14, 2026 at the new Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Bhawan) complex in New Delhi. Organized by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) and India’s Ministry of Food Processing, AAHAR is a key global platform for the foodservice and hotel industries. Over 1,700 exhibitors and 100,000+ visitors attended the 39th edition (AAHAR 2025), showcasing why the fair is recognized as one of Asia’s most prominent industry events. The 2026 fair will span 11 indoor halls (Halls 1–6, 8–12, 14) plus outdoor zones at Bharat Mandapam, covering the full spectrum of food processing and hospitality segments.
